Warranty Conditions
To ensure warranty service, please verify the following conditions:
- Warranty service involves repairing the item during the applicable warranty period.
- The warranty period is calculated from the date of the sale.
- Warranty service is provided by authorized service centers. You will find the addresses and contact information on the warranty card issued by our store.
- The warranty applies to hardware/technical defects caused by the manufacturer.
- To receive warranty service, please present the warranty card at the service center, together with the proof of payment and the manufacturer's warranty card (if applicable).
- The device must be presented by the customer in its full packaging, complete with accessories, and without mechanical damage.
- The warranty card must include: item name, Serial Number or IMEI code, buyer's name, date of purchase, and the signature of the responsible employee. Otherwise, warranty service will not be provided.
- To get information about warranty service procedures, please contact our operator in advance.
Our warranty service envisages the replacement or repair of the item within the stipulated timeframes.
Warranty service will not be provided if:
- The product warranty period has expired.
- No warranty card is presented (or manufacturer's warranty card, if required).
- The data in the warranty card has been altered, erased, or made illegible.
- The Serial Number, IMEI, or registration number on the device body is unreadable or does not match the warranty card.
- The purchased product has visual or mechanical damage, or the warranty seal is broken.
- The device was used for purposes other than its intended use.
- The storage and usage rules specified by the manufacturer were violated.
- The damage was caused by a computer virus, incompatible software, or unauthorized files.
- Damage is caused by power instability (voltage fluctuation beyond standard 220-230V), moisture/liquid ingress, corrosion, exposure to extreme temperatures, or unqualified repair/installation by unauthorized persons.
- The device has physical damage, such as cracks, scratches, burns, melting, or liquid damage.
Warranty terms do not apply to:
- Accessories such as headphones, USB cables, chargers, and batteries (unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer).
- Software issues or operating system failures.
- Damage caused by using non-original accessories (chargers, cables).
- Screen defects with less than five dead pixels (according to ISO standards).
- Equipment on which installation or repair work has been performed by a non-authorized specialist.
Additional Information:
- The company is not responsible for software compatibility issues or unstable operation caused by third-party applications.
- Transportation of damaged equipment to the service center is the responsibility of the buyer.
- According to standard warranty conditions, the service center is obliged to repair the damaged equipment within 45 working days from the moment of receipt.
- The Service Center is not responsible for the loss of personal data stored on the device during repair. Please back up your data beforehand.
Exchange & Defect Policy:
- Upon Receipt: The customer must check the item's visual condition in the presence of the courier.
- If any visual defect or discrepancy is found, the customer should contact our operator before the courier leaves to file a claim.
- If a factory defect is detected within 5 (five) calendar days after purchase, the buyer must contact our operator for instructions on an expedited exchange/check.
- The item can be exchanged for a product of the same or higher value (with the user paying the difference).
- When returning or exchanging an item, the buyer must include all original accessories, the box, and proof of purchase.
