Delivery within Tbilisi

We offer two different delivery services in Tbilisi, according to your needs:

• Express Delivery (Same Day):
  If you place your order before 13:00, you will receive the package on the same day by 22:00.
  Cost: The rate starts from 9 GEL and increases depending on the order weight (the exact amount will be calculated automatically on the checkout page).
• Standard Delivery (Next Day):
  The item will be delivered the next day after the order is placed, by 22:00.
  Cost: For purchases under 100 GEL — 6 GEL; Over 100 GEL — Free.

Delivery to Regions and Districts

• Standard courier service operates in the regions of Georgia.
• Timeframe: The item will be delivered within 2-5 working days after placing the order, by 22:00.

Warehouse Pickup

You can pick up the ordered products directly from our warehouse.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00 - 19:00

• Service Cost: For orders under 50 GEL, a fee of 4 GEL is added, while pickup is free for orders over 50 GEL.
• Pickup Timeframes:
  • Orders placed before 13:00 can be picked up on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 can be picked up on the next working day.
• Notification: As soon as the order is ready at the warehouse, you will receive an SMS notification, after which you can pick up your item.

Package Tracking

After placing an order, you can check its status in the orders section. This allows you to track exactly where your order is in real-time at any moment.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If for any reason your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe, please check the order status. If there is an issue, contact us immediately. Provide us with the order number, and our team will promptly locate the package and ensure timely delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products

We make sure you receive the product in perfect condition. Please consider the following details:

• Inspection upon delivery: Upon receiving the package, check the packaging and the visual condition of the product in the presence of the courier. In case of visible damage, you have the right to refuse the item.
• Factory Defect / Hidden Damage: If you discover a factory defect after delivery, contact us within 5 working days from receipt. Send us photo/video material showing the damage, and we will ensure the replacement of the item or issue a refund.
