Delivery within Tbilisi

We offer two different delivery services within Tbilisi, tailored to your needs:

• Express Delivery (Same Day):
  If you place your order before 13:00, your package will be delivered on the same day by 22:00.
  Cost: Prices start from 9 GEL and increase based on the weight of the order (the exact amount will be calculated automatically on the checkout page).
• Standard Delivery (Next Day):
  The product will be delivered on the following day, by 22:00.
  Cost: Orders up to 100 GEL — 6 GEL; orders over 100 GEL — free of charge.

Delivery to Regions and Districts

• Standard courier service is available throughout the regions of Georgia.
• Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of order placement, by 22:00.
• Cost: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Warehouse Pickup

You may also collect your ordered products directly from our warehouse.

• Service Fee: Orders valued up to 50 GEL incur a 4 GEL fee; orders over 50 GEL are free of charge.
• Pickup Timeframes:
  • Orders placed before 13:00 can be collected on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 can be collected on the next business day.
• Notification: You will receive an SMS notification once your order is prepared and ready for pickup.
