The user has the right to return the purchased item/service on Vendori.ge under the following conditions:
(a) To register a return request, the customer must complete a return form, which may be requested from the Company.
(b) According to the legislation of Georgia, non-defective items with a value of less than 30 GEL and certain categories of items worth more than 30 GEL are not subject to return. Therefore, you cannot fill out the return form for such items unless they are found to be defective at the time of delivery. In case of a defect, you can file a claim by contacting the company's call center or writing to our e-mail address.
1. Return Conditions:
1.1. The company, taking into account the return policy, allows you to return the purchased item within 14 calendar days following the procedure specified below:
2. Return Policy and Exceptions:
2.1. If you want to return the item, you must fill out the return form completely.
2.2. You have the right to initiate the return from the moment of delivery, and this right is valid for 14 calendar days after receiving the item.
2.3. If you do not initiate a return by completing the return form within 14 calendar days, you will lose your right to return the item.
2.4. After completing the return form, you have 7 calendar days to ship/return the item to the company. (After the expiration of this period, the company is not obliged to accept the return).
2.5. Shipping Costs & Responsibility:
The company covers the return shipping costs only in the following cases:
2.5.1. The product does not correspond to the order or the technical specifications posted on the website;
2.5.2. The product has a factory defect;
2.5.3. The product was damaged during transportation (delivery to customer).
2.5.4. Important: If the customer wishes to return an item due to a personal reason (change of mind) and the item is not defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2.6. If the item and/or parts/documents accompanying the item show any kind of damage or signs of use, the company reserves the right to question its authenticity/condition and suspend the return procedure pending investigation (diagnostics), which may last no more than 14 working days. Depending on the condition of the item, a partial refund may be issued to reflect the diminished value.
2.7. When returning the item, it must be accompanied by all original accessories and documents (warranty sheet, technical passport, box, etc.) delivered to you by the company.
2.8. In the case of a factory defect found after 14 calendar days of receipt, the customer must follow the applicable warranty conditions (if any).
2.9. The item is not subject to return in the cases defined by law (hygienic items, toys, wearing parts, items up to 30 GEL, etc.), or if:
2.9.1. The item was supplied hermetically sealed, and the seal was broken after delivery; therefore, the goods cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
3. Payment Method & Refunds:
3.1. The company refunds the money to the customer within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
Exception: If the returned item is subject to inspection by the service center, you will be reimbursed in accordance with the service center's conclusion within 7 calendar days after said conclusion is issued.
3.2. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that the customer used to place the order. (In case of payment by payment terminals/kiosks, the amount will be reimbursed to the user via bank transfer to the bank account number specified by the user).
3.3. If the item or its packaging is returned damaged or incomplete, the company reserves the right to refund only a part of the amount paid, based on the evaluation of the item's condition.
3.4. After the company inspects the returned item, we will contact you regarding the final refund amount.
4. Return of Items Purchased in Installments:
4.1. Return and/or cancellation of products purchased in installments can be processed only with the consent of the company and the lending bank, taking into account these return rules and the applicable legislation of Georgia.
4.2. It may not be possible to return products purchased in installments if the customer purchases both returnable and non-returnable items in a single installment agreement.
5. Return of Items Purchased with a Promotion:
5.1. When returning an item purchased with a promotion/discount, if the return violates the conditions of the promotion (e.g., bundle deals), the company has the right to deduct the value of the benefits received from the refund amount.
